About

I specialise in navigating the "beautiful mess" of complex products — connecting human behaviour, technical systems, and experiences that actually drive revenue.

Over a decade across research, product, design and data, I've learned to move fast: just enough research, a bias to action, and the judgement to know what not to build. Lately I build my own tools — AI systems I ship rather than describe.

I'm as comfortable framing the messy front end of a problem as I am with the technical trade-offs of delivering it.
